Generosity at Christmas
Today Class 4 at The Howard taught us about the importance of Generosity at Christmas.
Forest school
Class 2 enjoyed leaf printing and painting onto stones. We collected some heart shaped leaves to use in our printing to represent one our school values love.
Role playing the story of The Gingerbread Man!
We worked as a team to role play and act out the story together in teams! We used some expression, story language and performed the story to the rest of the class! We have shown great imagination and creativity today!
Christingle in Class One!
We enjoyed taking part in our Christingle service this morning. We talked about what the different parts of the Christingle represent and lit our Christingles together.

The Story of Esther
In Religious Education we've been learning about celebrations in different religions. We started by learning about Diwali and the story of Ramayana. Then we learnt about the Purim celebration and the story of Esther. This picture shows a retelling of the story of Esther.

Christmas wishes!
Thank you to Finley's nan for giving us all a special Christmas wish bag. We have enjoyed talking about and writing our Christmas wishes! We then hung them on our tree. We thought about our school value of generosity as we made our wishes and made wishes for others too.
