Our school opens to pupils at 8.30am and all children should be in school for registration by 8.40am.
It is of a real benefit for children to be in school promptly at 8:30am. This morning time is used for intervention, individual reading with a staff member and crucially to complete targets set from the previous day. We would really encourage children to be here for 8:30am to help them start the day on the front foot.
Lessons begin promptly after registration at 8.45am.
The children enjoy their first morning break at 9.45am until 10am.
Their second morning break follows at 11.10am until 11.20.
Lunch break is 12.15pm until 1.15pm hich includes our whole school wake up dance session after which afternoon lessons begin.
We finish our school day with an act of Worship which takes place at 3.00pm until 3.15pm followed by a period of quiet reflection and class discussion before the children are dismissed for home time.
