We used loose parts to create beaches today! We have used super creativity!
Class one had a super time at the farm!
Class one had a wonderful time at the farm! We made bread, explored the farm, fed and met the goats, collected eggs and met the cows and calves! It was a brilliant day!

Summer 2
Thank you for a lovely half term Class 2. Year 2 have worked so hard to complete their SATs tests - well done Year 2.
I'm looking forward to some brighter weather and us being able to get outside more for lessons and gardening in the last Summer half term.

The Animal Lady
We had a very exciting visit from the animal lady today. Thank you to the pta for buying us a visit, we all held every animal and really enjoyed it.
We have shown amazing courage today!
Today we have shown courage as we met lots of different animals! We were really brave and held some of them. We described how they felt and looked. We had a super time!
Wildflower seeds and hedgehogs
Continuing our theme of hedgehogs the children in Class 3 have enjoyed getting messy making seed bombs. Class 2 helped to plant wildflower seeds in our Forest school site and these flowers will be very beneficial to local wildlife including any local hedgehogs. Class 1 showed lot's of perseverance…
TEST WEEK!!!!!
Tut tut Mr Wynn you gave us test week! This week in Class 3 it is test week. We did our grammar test first on Monday and we finished with a Maths test on Wednesday.
In English we have been carrying on with the Iron Man. We have started to write our stories on it.
Jesus shows compassion to Lazarus
Today we read the fist part of the story of Lazarus. Mr Wynn taught us about where Jesus showed compassion by putting himself into the shoes of Lazarus' family. We try to do this at St Mary's so we can understand how others are feeling.
We have made moving chicks!
We have used our cutting skills to cut the pieces out and then we assembled them using split pins! We made great moving chicks!
