We had a great time outdoor learning today despite the weather! Here are our fantastic dens, good teamwork Class 2!
Busy week
We have reminded ourselves of the wonders of Gods creation again this week through our planting of runner beans, marrows and squash. Our lettuce and spinach are also nearly ready to eat and our chickens are laying regularly. What a lovely place we have to go to school.
No outdoor learning next Monday (17th May)
Sorry, I have confused my dates, Forest school will go ahead this Monday.
We won't be having outdoor learning next Monday (17th May). The current group will rollover into next half term to make sure they have an equal amount of time in the outdoor area.

Outdoor learning
We expressed our creativity in outdoor learning in the forest today! We expressed our creativity through drawing, painting, building and bring our own ideas to life! We had fun building swimming pools, drawing our friends and painting freely!
Shortbread ready for the Oven!
Today we baked Scottish shortbread to follow on from our Welsh Bara-brith and English cottage pies! What will next week bring?
Transformation of our caterpillars!

Researching
Today we’ve researched lions using books from the library. We wrote facts on post its and organised it into different headings.
A fab week.
What a week we have had in Class 4. Baking Nara-brith to experimenting with light in science, we have also worked hard on our Macbeth work in English and guided reading plus had lots of time outside.
