Receptions first day!
We had a super first day at school! We behaved beautifully, enjoyed our learning through play and we had a brilliant time learning with the Colour Monster! We talked about feelings and emotions, and explained to the Colour Monster the behaviour expected in school. Well done Reception!

Creating calm jars to take home.
We have been busy making calm jars to take home with us. Maybe you could make some more at home together? All you need is water, food colouring and then add glitter or other things! Give it a shake, watch the objects float down and relax!

It's science week! Class one have been flying like Eagles in their learning around science this week! We designed, created and then tested out a new waterproof cape for little red riding hood. We used super vocabulary to describe the properties of the best materials to use.
