Every child is an artist
What an amazing time we had at New Walsall Art gallery. We saw a Monet and Van Gogh painting and had fun with sculpture and printing. We also saw some powerful artwork that made us really think. What a great day.

Leaves leaves leaves
This afternoon we’ve been investigating leaves. We sorted them into groups, learnt about their function and used or observational skills to draw them. Great creativity Class 2!

In RE Reception have been learning more about Easter. We have been learning why the cross is special to Christian people. We create our own crosses. We took some over to church with us to show Reverend Anne!
Palm Sunday
Such a wonderful day today in Colton. A beautiful village. We loved our walk to church where we learned all about Palm Sunday.

Greenpower racing update

Red nose day!!!!!
Today is Red Nose Day and we have dressed up in red clothing. We are busy practising our play in Class 3. We have done a maths test this week it was about length and perimeter. We have been writing a travel guide in English.
