Trade Art Lesson One- Challenge Coffee Beans

Hi Class 4,

Hope that you are all well and are keeping safe. We are all well and managing to keep busy. You all know me so well by now and know that I love to keep busy by doing art- it relaxes me and it is something I enjoy doing in my spare time. Currently I am making and painting a bird box for my garden- will post a picture when I am done. So, I thought that it would be a nice idea to set you a weekly 'Art Challenge'. Your new Geography unit this term is Trade, so each week I will set you a object that we buy or sell, to draw or paint whichever your prefer. This weeks object is coffee beans. I have drawn my example, see above and I would like you to watch the clip and have a go yourselves. I would love it if you could email me your work, so I can see how you are getting on.
