Class 4 have had a fantastic term learning all about ‘ma maison’. They’ve learnt vocabulary- rooms and objects / furniture, prepositions to say where things are and adjectives to describe their rooms. They followed a model to write detailed sentences to describe…

We have lots of fun putting colour, happiness and love into our lessons today. Happy “Holi” day everyone….. ❤️

We have been working very hard in Class 4 this week creating out tree sketches and landscape sculptures. I think that they are stunning- I hope you agree! We will be showing them in worship on Friday if you would like to come along and have a look. 
 

We have being using our one, two, three and four point balances our our gym equipment this week. We had a great time and I think that the children did an amazing job.

In our Art lesson this week we have been learning to draw realistic trees. There have been some great efforts.

We have had some special helpers in Class 4 today. Devon and Minnie were very popular and loved helping us with our Whole Class Reading.

We have been learning to calculate using short division. We have been amazing at using the bus stop method. Well done Class 4! 

In Class 4 we have been working very hard to learn how to use the long multiplication method. We found it very tricky at first, but using practical ways has helped us to master it. Maybe you could ask them to show you how to use this method at home?

We have been learning about Chinese New Year in Class 4 today. We have made and decorated paper fans in preparation for our Dance and Drama lesson with Georgia tomorrow. 
 

In Class 4 we have been getting creative by drawing roses in different places around school. We have experimented with shading in chalk- which was really tricky.
