Road Safety

This week Class 1 have been learning about road safety. I was very impressed with how well they knew the roads already! We talked about where to stand, how to look both ways, holding an adult's hand and all the places which are generally safer to cross, like zebra crossings and near a crossing guard. We then made our own crossing guard signs! We practise crossing the road regularly when we visit the church and when the library bus visits.
